A product owner that pins down what you are actually building and will not accept a vague answer. An architect that decides how it fits together and writes the rules down where your agents will read them. A planner that cuts the work into pieces that can really ship. And a reviewer that reads all of it back, on its own, and stops you when it is not ready.
It runs inside your own Claude Code. You say what you want to build, and it takes it from there — you are never lost, because it always tells you what happens next. Every build teaches it a new way software breaks, and that becomes a check the next one runs against.
Run npx halfcycle in it. It reads the repository, works out how far along you are, and starts you at the right step — you do not have to tell it.
Clone it, run the same one command there. The project id lives in the repository, so a second machine or a second developer joins the same project by cloning it.
An empty folder is a fine place to start; setup is the first thing it does.
It gets you through setup and into your first build: reading your repository, working out where you are, and telling you the next step. Halfcycle running the build itself, the live dashboard, and the checks that run on your code after it is written are being built now — none of them is in what you install today.
